Vintage Danish Mid Century Toledo Teak Buffet Sideboard
Vintage danish mid century modern sideboard in the Toldeo design. Made by Stonehill Furniture in 1960 in England.
The original leg base was cut, it was painted in brown, and had some bulky knobs.
Since the legs were cut, we removed the old cut legs that was still attached and added new wood legs. We stripped off the brown paint and stained in our custom stain. Then sealed in a semi gloss ploy. The legs were left in original color to compliment the stain. Also added new aged brass ball knobs. The inside was sealed in furniture salve bourbon vanilla. On the right side there is a drop down door that we stained in our custom stain also. It drops down and has a white formica table that is used for a small bar. Inner shelves inside with cabinet area.
